What I DON'T Eat
Of course, when I say I DON'T eat something . . . it really means that I minimize, or do my best to avoid those foods, elements, or additives.    It is virtually impossible to completely eliminate certain things from your diet.  And . . . the LCHF is NOT a NO Carbohydrate lifestyle . . . nor is it an excessive FAT or Protein way to eat.

Carbohydrates are NOT essential nutrients.  Our body can be glowingly HEALTHY without ANY carbs at all.

In a state of Ketosis, we can teach our bodies to thrive and energize itself on FAT instead of carbohydrates.

So, I am trying to completely eliminate carbs from my diet . . . but I don't worry if a few slip through.

I eat foods that are high in animal fat (saturated fats) because they contain good cholesterol and provide energy for my body.  I don't eat all of the fat and protien that I can . . . just all that I want.  Without carbs I am never hungry and never have food cravings.

What I DON'T Eat:

Carbohydrates:  Carbohydrates are foods that our bodies turn into SUGAR when they are motabolized

Here are the carbs:  Sugar, bread, potatoes, pasta, cereal, oats, grains, beans, corn, milk, fruit, fruit juice

Low Fat:

Most Food Manufacturer's that sell "Low Fat" foods . . . take out good, wholesome Fat . . . and replace it with Sugar. Low Fat usually means high sugar  . . . or even worse, high fructose corn syrup.

I'm teaching my body to live and thrive on FAT . . . instead of carbohydrates and sugar.  My body is learning to burn the fat that I eat and the fat that is around my liver and my middle for fuel and energy.
